Great regulator package, good service

I ordered a full regulator package, including the first stage, second stage, octopus, and gauges. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It shipped quickly and arrived in about 5 business days. All items were well-packaged and in perfect condition. I had a question about the warranty for one of the components, so I called customer service. They were helpful and answered my questions clearly. The quality of the gear feels solid, just as expected from the brand. I haven't had a chance to dive with it yet, but based on the unboxing and initial inspection, I'm very satisfied. This store seems to be a reliable option for serious dive gear.

Good deal on a mask

I was looking for a new scuba mask and found a great deal on the Scuba.com clearance section. Got a prescription dive mask for like 30% off, which was a nice saving. The shipping was free too, since my order was over $50. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.

Decent drysuit, slow shipping

I bought a drysuit and some thermal undergarments. The drysuit itself is good quality, no complaints there, and the price was competitive. However, shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, about 7 days to California. The tracking updates were also a little sparse. Everything arrived safely though, and the items were as described. Overall, a solid purchase, but they could improve on the delivery speed and communication.

Reliable for dive computers

This isn't my first time buying from Scuba.com. I got my last dive computer here, and this time I ordered a new transmitter unit for it. They're always consistent with their stock and shipping times. Never had an issue with an order. It's why I keep coming back when I need gear.

Snorkel set for vacation

Needed a new snorkel set for my trip next month. Ordered one from Scuba.com. It came pretty fast, like 4 days to get to Florida. Everything was there and looked good. Easy peasy, would order again if I need more stuff.

Hey, thinking of grabbing a new BCD from here. Anyone know how long shipping usually takes to, say, San Diego?

L Linda E. 1 week ago
Mine got to LA in about a week, so SD should be pretty similar, maybe a day or two less.

i think it depends on the item's availability too, but usually not too long for standard shipping within the US. Check their site for estimated delivery, they have a chart somewhere.

Want to buy a dive computer, but concerned about returns if it's not right. What's their return policy like?

D Danielle Moore 1 month ago
Returns were super easy for me when I got the wrong size fins last month. Just had to fill out a form online.

You can return most stuff within 60 days if it's new and unused. Just make sure you keep all the original packaging and tags. If you use it, it's usually a no-go for returns, especially for wetsuits and things like that.

Does Scuba.com offer any kind of first order discount? Just signed up for their newsletter but haven't seen a code yet.

O Olivia Harris 4 weeks ago
Yeah, they usually send one to your email after you sign up. Keep an eye on your spam folder, sometimes it ends up there.

Trying to decide between a Mares BCD from Scuba.com or a similar Cressi one from Divers Direct. Any thoughts on which store is better to buy from?

M Mary T. 5 days ago
Scuba.com has a pretty good price match policy if you find it cheaper elsewhere. Worth checking if Divers Direct has a lower price first.

I've bought from both, and Scuba.com usually has better sales. Their customer service is also pretty solid in my experience, if something goes wrong.

Is Scuba.com legit or one of those sketchy dropship sites? Looking at a pretty expensive regulator.

D Donna M. 3 weeks ago
Totally legit. Been buying from them for years. Good gear, good service.

Yeah, they're one of the bigger online places for dive gear. Not a scam site if that's what you're asking. They've been around forever.
